Obstacle is the way. Pt. 1

It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.

Albert Einstein

As a writer, there's nothing quite as frustrating as hitting writer's block, Nothing warns you ahead of it, you just head straight into it. I often compare it to a young's lad first love. Your brain shuts down, your heart takes over, and that is it. No thinking! Nothing logical ever happens when the heart takes charge, except for the case of a creative, the heart of your ever-flowing ideas runs dry also. Very unreal.

I am starting to understand, that regardless of whatever it is you do, at some point in your career, the terrain of your journey changes, many might be familiar and straightforward, However, there will be occasions when you encounter a treacherous and harrowing terrain, an unrelenting obstacle course that will leave you reeling and questioning every choice you've ever made in the past decade.

When the inkwell of your imagination runs dry and the muse in you seems to have deserted you, a clueless creative is born.

Perhaps the embers of inspiration have been doused by the weight of your current project, or the flames of your creativity have been snuffed out by the exhausting demands of your work. In times like these, explore the world around you. Immerse yourself in a gripping book, wander along a scenic path, delve into an intriguing hobby, or get your heart broken. Who knows? Maybe a burst of inspiration lies just around the corner.
